Terms of service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of nextjobmarketing.com and to any enquiry you send us through it. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read, print, and share the pages on this site for your own use. You may not copy the site or its content to pass off as your own, scrape it at a volume that affects its availability, attempt to gain access to the systems behind it, or submit our forms automatically or in bad faith.
What this site is and is not
Everything on this site is general information about the services we offer. It is not advice for your specific business, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a contract between us. A working relationship begins only when both sides have agreed scope and terms in writing.
Enquiries and the free audit
When you submit the audit form you are asking us to review your current marketing and contact you about it. That review is free and carries no obligation on either side. We may decline to work with a business, for example where we already work with a direct competitor in the same service area, or where we are at capacity for the season.
By submitting the form you confirm that the details you give us are accurate, that you are authorised to act for the business you name, and that we may contact you at that number by phone and text message. Our privacy policy explains how we handle those details.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on things outside our control, including your market, your competitors, your pricing, your capacity, the weather, the season, and how quickly your team answers the phone. We will tell you honestly what we expect and what we are seeing, but we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, volume of leads, number of booked estimates, or level of revenue. Anything we describe about past work is what happened for that business and is not a promise of what will happen for yours.
Ownership of accounts and work
Accounts we create on your behalf, including advertising accounts, your Google Business Profile, your tracking number, and your lead records, are created in your business name and belong to you. Our own internal processes, templates, and tooling remain ours. Where we build a website for you, ownership of the delivered site transfers to you on payment in full under the relevant agreement.
Third party platforms
Our work involves platforms we do not control, including Google and Meta. Their rules, pricing, review processes, and account decisions are theirs. We will work within them and advise you on them, but we are not responsible for a platform suspending, limiting, or changing anything on its side.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
