This policy explains what Next Job Marketing collects when you use nextjobmarketing.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data that any website receives.

• Information you submit through our audit form: your name, your business name, your phone number, and optionally your email address and your trade.
• Anything you send us by email, including the content of that message and your email address.
• Standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the site or advertisement that referred you.

We do not ask for payment details on this website and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

• To contact you about the marketing audit or enquiry you asked for, by phone, text message, or email.
• To prepare that audit, which involves reviewing publicly available information about your business such as your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your website.
• To provide our services to you if you go on to become a client.
• To keep the site working, prevent abuse of our forms, and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.

Email we send you

If you give us an email address on the audit form we send you one confirmation message straight away, repeating what you submitted and what happens next. That is a transactional message, not a subscription: we do not add you to a mailing list and there is no newsletter to unsubscribe from. Our email is delivered through Resend, who process it on our behalf.

Text messages and calls

By submitting the audit form you are asking us to contact you at the number you provide, including by text message. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by telling us on the phone or by emailing hello@nextjobmarketing.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only so far as they need it to do their job for us. Those currently include our website host, our email provider, our telephony and messaging provider, our automation platform, and our analytics provider.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages and to measure traffic in aggregate. If you reached us from an advertisement, the advertising platform may set its own identifiers in your browser under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the work and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about what we discussed. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for the period our accounting and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@nextjobmarketing.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state or national law, and we will honour those where they apply to us.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who on our team can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
